Transportation is available to MA clients at no cost to covered medical appointments.

Transport requests are required to made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment
Mileage reimbursement is available to MA clients to covered services if you have a friend or relative who can bring you to the appointment
Bus tokens are available to MA clients to covered services for in town appointments (within Brainerd/Baxter). NOTE: Please contact your managed care plan for bus tokens if enrolled in Blue Plus,Medica or UCARE.
County offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
