Properties offered at prior auctions are currently available for immediate sale. These properties can be purchased at any time "over-the-counter" at the starting bid price.

General Information about Crow Wing County Tax Forfeited Land Sales

Properties offered for sale have forfeited to the State of Minnesota for failure to pay property taxes. Crow Wing County conducts one public auction land sale per year. Properties offered for sale at prior auctions and remaining unsold can be purchased over the counter. Auctions are oral, however, if a party is unable to attend the auction in person themselves, they can send a representative on their behalf. Please contact Land Services with questions.

Properties are sold as-is and the county makes no warranties as to the condition of the title and no representations regarding whether these parcels have access now or will have access in the future. Purchases can be made in cash or through the contract terms described above. Buyer will receive a state deed.
