Properties Available for Immediate Sale

Please see the Over-the-Counter Tract List to view properties currently available for immediate sale. Over-the-Counter tracts are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be pulled from the available list when payment in full has been receipted by Land Services' Staff.

Online Auction / February 23rd - March 24th, 2026

The Sales Tract List details the properties offered for sale and provides information about size, location, and starting bid prices. This list is subject to change until the close of the auction at 7:00 PM on March 24th, 2026.

The online auction will begin February 23rd, 2026 at 9:00AM and ending on March 24th, 2026, at 7:00PM. Tracts will be offered for auction via the Public Surplus Website. To participate in the online auction, please create an account with Public Surplus and follow all registration requirements.

Viewing Properties using our Interactive Maps

  • Search by parcel id which is in the first column of the sale list. 
• Interactive Land Module - Used to view the location and more information about properties being offered for sale or auction. 

  • Once in the module you have many searching and filtering options on the left-hand side of the map

  • Using the above sale lists you can search by tract number. In order to search by tract number, you will need to click the arrow next to the search box and select Tracts from the drop down as shown here:

Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages, including but not limited to special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Crow Wing County is not responsible for any omissions or errors in description of items being offered for sale. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to inspect and satisfy him or herself as to the details and conditions of the item offered before entering a bid. The Agency does not attest to the authenticity of any item. Buyer will receive a state deed.
