Visitation

Money

Each inmate is set up with a trust account allowing them to use their own funds to purchase items such as snacks, hygiene products, stamps, writing materials, phone cards and other necessities while incarcerated. Learn more about how money can be added to an inmate's trust account.

Inmate Mail

Medical Services

The Crow Wing County Jail has contracted with MEnD Correctional Care to provide inmate medical services. The Jail clinic provides all routine medical and dental care, basic mental health care, and any required minor office procedures. Learn more about the jail's medical services.

Booking Fee Reimbursement

The Crow Wing County Jail collects a $25 booking fee from each person held for confinement. This is authorized by the Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners per Minnesota Statute 641.12, sub. 1. Learn more about how to qualify for reimbursement of the booking fee.
