Per MN Statute 115A.93 Crow Wing County requires all collectors and haulers operating in Crow Wing County and utilizing the Crow Wing County Landfill for disposal, to be licensed by the County through the Land Services Office. A hauler is defined as any person who owns, operates or leases vehicles for the purpose of collection and transportation of any type of solid waste or demolition waste.
To apply for a license please review the Solid Waste Haulers Manual, fill out the following forms and return to our office along with the $50 per vehicle application fee.
