Definitions of Service Types
Personal Service - service upon an individual in the state shall be accomplished by delivering a copy of the document to the individual personally.
Substituted Service (Sub-served) - service upon an individual by leaving a copy at his/her usual place of abode with another person of suitable age and discretion residing therein.
