About the HRA

The purpose of this committee is to provide housing and redevelopment services and programs throughout Crow Wing County.

County HRA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Pine/Maple Meeting Room, located in the Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN.

The Crow Wing County HRA is an agency that strives to assure decent, safe, clean and affordable housing to all residents of the community. They also provide housing rehabilitation grants and loans for owner-occupied or rental housing, in order to maintain the housing stock in the community. The HRA is also involved in the creation of affordable housing opportunities, community development initiatives, and neighborhood revitalization efforts in cooperation with the City of Brainerd, City of Pequot Lakes and other organizations.
