Women who are: Pregnant, breastfeeding, or recently had a baby. You can stay on WIC for 1 year after you baby is born if you are breastfeeding or for 6 months if non breastfeeding. Infants from birth to 1 year or children from 1 year old till to age 5.

- Proof of Minnesota Residence such as bill or letter addressed to you in the past 30 days.
- Proof of total household income
- Identification: Infants: Crib Card, Birth Commemoration, etc. Children: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, etc. Adults: Driver’s License, Photo ID, Social Security Card, etc.
- Please have the person or child for whom the appointment is for present at the appointment.

- The Minnesota WIC App has many useful features including the ability to view your current and future benefits. You can also use this app to scan items to see if it is WIC-allowed, find WIC allowed stores, view upcoming appointments, and more.
- You can call the phone number on the back of your card or get a receipt print out at a WIC allowed store during your transaction.
