[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – OCTOBER 22, 2018

Road work ahead


 

Road shouldering maintenance will take place on CSAH 39 in Breezy Point and CSAH 11 in Mission and Perry Lake Townships on Monday. Shouldering will continue on CR 109 in Mission Township and CSAH 30 & 31 near Cuyuna, Wednesday & Thursday.

Maintenance crews will be replacing a failing culvert on CR 105, in Ross Lake Township, near the Upper Dean Lake Public Access Friday.

Maintenance crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

Gravel roadway smoothing will take place on gravel portions of County Roads 106, 105, 36 and 141 throughout the week.

County maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads Friday. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.

Please remember to keep all signs, including political signs out of the road ditches for sight distance safety.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
