COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – JULY 25, 2022
County maintenance crews will perform spray patching operations on Mill Avenue, in Brainerd on Monday and County Road 115, in Unorganized, First Assessment District Township, and in Nisswa Tuesday - Thursday.
County maintenance crews will perform bridge maintenance work on the following County State Aid Highway bridges Tuesday - Thursday:
- CSAH 1, over the Daggett in Fifty Lakes, (Tuesday)
- CSAH 66 over Daggett channel in Crosslake, (Wednesday) and
- CSAH 36 over the Pine River in Crosslake (Thursday).
Maintenance crews may be working in the drive lane and on the shoulders simultaneously, creating the need to close one or more lanes of traffic. Signing, flaggers, or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
County maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.
County maintenance crews will be closing the north portion of County Road 121, north of St. Mathis for a culvert replacement Tuesday, July 26, from 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Motorists should use County Roads 2, 131, and 21, during this time.
Please drive alert, slow down, and be prepared for unexpected circumstances while driving near crews working.
