[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – DECEMBER 2, 2019

truck plowing snow

County offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, for Thanksgiving. Snowplows are on standby and will be plowing when it snows.

County maintenance crews will continue brushing the road right of ways of CSAH 30 & 22, as well as Cr 105 throughout the week.

Maintenance crews will be working in the drive lane and on the shoulders simultaneously, creating the need to close one or more lanes of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

County snowplows are prepared and ready if snow or ice conditions are present. We anticipate having plows out Saturday and Sunday December 7 & 8, because of forecasted snow.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.

For further information on the county highway system, or to report a roadway issue, please contact the Highway Department at (218) 824-1110 or visit our Crow Wing County website at http://www.crowwing.us.
