[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – JULY 20, 2017.

Road Construction

County work crews will continue spray patching on CSAH 13, between State Highway 371 and CSAH 4 in the City of Nisswa and Lake Edward Township throughout the week.

Simultaneously, spray patching will take place on CR 136 in Fifty Lakes early in the week and on CSAH 1 in Fifty Lakes and Emily later in the week.

County crews will be washing bridge decks on CSAH 1 at Daggett Brook and CSAH 15 over the Pine River on Thursday, July 27.

Maintenance work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

Maintenance crews will continue patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.

Motor graders will smooth rough areas on gravel roads on Monday and Tuesday.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
