give em a brake

County Offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, in observance of the Fourth of July.

County work crews will perform spray patching on CSAH 49 (Wise Road) north of Brainerd Wednesday & Thursday.

Maintenance work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic.  Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

Maintenance crews will continue patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week.  Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work.  Loose patching material debris may be present.

Motor grader smoothing of gravel roads will take place on roads in the south part of the county Wednesday and in the northeast part of the county Thursday.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
